Villa "Payma" in Almuñecar is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Each room has a bathroom. The villa features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player. On top of that, a table tennis table, a private gym with all kinds of sports machines and exercise bicycles, a pool table, and an exterior movie projector are also provided for your enjoyment. Children are allowed and a baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a whirlpool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The villa is 1 hour from Malaga International Airport, 20 minutes from Los Moriscos Club de Golf in Motril and 50 minutes from Granada. 3 parking spaces are available on the property and 1 in a garage.
